I moved into Richville Road almost 3 years ago as a newbie to the area, not knowing a single person in Southampton. I've really enjoyed my time there and I've made some long-standing friends who I'll hopefully still be in contact with in years to come. We always had the opportunity to vet any potential new recruits to the house so we've always been a bunch of like-minded people who enjoyed spending time together both in and out of the house.
John is a top landlord - always amenable to reasonable requests for new bits and pieces for the house and gets any problems fixed asap.

Having the gardener come was very good, I liked the fact we could effectively choose our fellow housemates.

I had a lovely time living at Richville Road and made some great friends. Double glazing made a huge diference to the house. I will remember my time there very fondly.

Beyond having Kylie, Beyonce and a Michelin starred chef as housemates, there's little about the house or the set-up I can think of that could be improved on for the rent. Whenever we had fair requests for new items or repairs they were provided or addressed in good time.
I thoroughly enjoyed my three and a half years on Richville Road. I've made some very good friends here and would wholeheartedly recommend John and JRL Lettings to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, value-for-money houseshare in Southampton.
